Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access concerns, disruptive behavior, and requests for assistance;
Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or local partners as appropriate;
Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and support investigations by preserving observations and providing statements as needed
