Security Officer - Armed - Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate party.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and/or direction until additional resources arrive.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activities, including documenting observations and communicating updates to site leadership.
