Security Officer - Unarmed - Part Time

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, amenities, garages, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and vehicle/pedestrian traffic, verify credentials as required, and/or assist with visitor sign-in and directions according to site-specific policies.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or public responders when needed.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover.
