Security Officer - Unarmed - Healthcare Site

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response guidance for a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical facility disturbances, unauthorized access concerns, and/or calls for assistance; notify appropriate contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points, watching for unusual activity and conditions that could help to deter unwanted behavior.;
Monitor entry points, check credentials as required, manage visitor logs and/or badges per site policy, and support patient privacy by limiting access to restricted areas.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and follow-up actions in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and/or site representatives.
