Security Officer - Flex - Commercial Real Estate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific policies and completing assigned security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit by checking credentials, directing visitors, and/or coordinating visitor check-in according to site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, medical calls, and/or property concerns, and communicating updates to appropriate contacts.;
Complete detailed shift documentation such as patrol activity, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard observations, and relay pertinent information during post handoff.
