Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of lobbies, corridors, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access control points and observe for unusual activity; report concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal supervision per site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting local emergency services and completing incident documentation as required.;
Support daily commercial property operations by assisting with directions, vendor and delivery check-in, and maintaining a professional presence at all times.
