Security Officer - Unarmed - Hospital

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards and maintenance concerns for follow-up.;
Support access control by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access where required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas and destinations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying clinical staff, management, and/or emergency services as needed.;
Document security-related activities, incidents, and patrol observations in logs and reports, and communicate relevant information during shift briefings and handoffs.
