Conduct routine loading dock and employee lot inspections and ensure the area is clean and free of debris prior to the start of each shift;
Conduct investigations and follow up with departments that violate dock cleanliness;
Respond to all emergency situations immediately and take action to safeguard guests and employees;
Orient new employees and provide on-the-job training, including parking applications and gate procedures;
Lead security training for management and line staff and coordinate with hotel management and vendors
