** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order and protect property.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel or authorities.

+ Maintain a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.

+ Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances and verifying credentials of individuals entering the premises.

+ Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports as required by site policies and Allied Universal standards.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
