This role offers a strong opportunity for a research-focused professional to support attorneys during the new business intake process by conducting conflict analysis and client due diligence. The position prepares conflict and risk reports using internal systems and external research tools while ensuring accurate, compliant intake data. Responsibilities
  • Review and research conflict requests using internal databases and corporate research tools.
  • Prepare conflict, risk, and new client evaluation reports. Support attorneys with conflict resolution and intake requirements.
  • Process AML and client due diligence requests.
  • Assist with data quality initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of research or analytical experience in legal, professional services, or academic environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Conflicts, compliance, or KYC/AML experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with research databases and risk management systems. Organized, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines under pressure.
