• Protect client property from theft or damage and safeguard people from hazards or interference.
• Conduct periodic patrols to inspect property and report irregularities.
• Enforce client rules and local ordinances, ensuring compliance with state and federal law.
• Communicate positively in both verbal and written form.
• Maintain written logs or reports as required.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity to appropriate agencies or entities.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Perform all tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for the assignment.
• Observe video material extensively.

• Education & Experience: High School diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Certifications/Credentials: An active Guard Card is required; related Security Officer licenses preferred.
• License Requirement: Valid state‑issued driver’s license is required only if you will operate a company vehicle.
• Availability to Work: Must be willing to work second shift, third shift, weekends, and overtime as required.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, and communicate for extended periods.
• Working Conditions: Prolonged or irregular shifts; rotating day, evening, or early morning shifts; split or varied days off; overtime and holidays; exposure to hostile or volatile situations; split‑second decision making in high stress settings.

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour
