Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize complete beverage formulations and application concepts to meet technical performance and sensory targets, including hands-on bench development and support.
- Collaborate with Flavorists by preparing beverage bases and applications for flavor evaluation and refinement.
- Provide technical expertise to Sales and Marketing teams through customer presentations, product demonstrations, and client-facing engagements.
- Recreate competitive beverage products using reverse-engineering techniques.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve formulation and processing challenges for customers.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in beverage applications or product development.
- Practical experience working directly with flavors.
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences preferred.
- Solid understanding of core food and beverage science principles.
