What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Prepare and present technical proposals demonstrating how the employer's products meet customer needs and can be integrated into their systems
  • Actively call on potential and existing customers, GPOs, and IDNs to expand or retain sales within the assigned territory
  • Analyze customer systems and product needs, conducting market research for new product ideas
  • Develop target lists of potential accounts and specific products for existing accounts
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer integration and product utilization
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of similar experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or related business experience
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audience levels
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time, 4-5 days a week
  • Previous experience in hospital and/or healthcare sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Background in cold calling and commissioned, full‑cycle sales experience
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and hospital sales processes
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing customer needs and market trends
  • Experience with technical product integration in healthcare settings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
