Account Executive

This is a Hybrid Role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), with an onsite presence required at our corporate office in Momence, IL. Travel via vehicle and/or air is required for this role approximately 50% of the time depending on customer needs.

• Expected Pay Range: $85,000/year-$95,000/year
• Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

The Future Ceuticals Account Executive drives profitable growth by building and expanding relationships within the functional food, beverage, dietary supplement and sports nutrition markets. This role partners closely with customers to support the development of high‑quality, functional ingredient solutions. The ideal candidate brings enough dietary supplement and sports nutrition knowledge and industry experience to confidently engage in technical conversations and articulate ingredient functionality, benefits, and applications.

• Grow and support existing partnerships and foster new relationships by developing strong rapport across multiple departments within customer organizations.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, translating ingredient functionality into clear customer value within dietary supplement, sports nutrition, and functional beverage applications.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Key Account Managers, and cross‑functional teams to execute customer growth strategies and new product opportunities.
• Gather and communicate detailed project information to internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy, timing, and execution.
• Travel domestically 2–4 times per month to attend customer meetings, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.

• Two or more years of consultative sales experience with measurable results.
• Experience in food, beverage, dietary supplement, or sports nutrition markets preferred.
• Working knowledge of sports nutrition trends and concepts such as functional ingredients, performance claims, and product positioning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently discuss ingredient benefits in technical customer conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline; coursework or experience in sports nutrition, exercise science, food science, or related fields is a plus.
