Direct Sales Representative – Residential

Locations:
Chicago, Orland Park, Arlington Heights, Naperville, Elgin, Schaumburg, IL greater market territories.

Compensation: $40,000 base salary, uncapped commissions, potential earnings up to $85,000 or more. Targeted commissions at full attainment are $56,940 annually.

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations.
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories.
• Prepare sales information for customers.
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events.
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the product/service line.
• Work in a fast-paced, challenging environment; enjoy working outdoors “on the hunt” as 90% of the work is in the field.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills.
• Positive, creative, persuasive personality; self‑starter; motivated; comfortable working autonomously.
• Detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills.
• Sales‑quota driven.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
