Sales Focus Inc., the sales outsourcing pioneer, is hiring full‑time Outside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client Constellation Energy. With 26 years of experience, we have worked across a wide range of industries to boost regional, national, and international sales performance.

Constellation Energy is one of the leading energy companies in the United States, offering businesses a variety of natural gas and electricity plans. Their goal is to empower businesses to make informed, smart energy decisions that best meet their needs and budget.

The Outside Sales Representative is a dynamic, results‑driven professional responsible for driving sales growth outside the typical office environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting with decision makers and building relationships while offering industry‑leading energy services to their businesses
• Providing decision makers with the necessary information to make an informed choice when selecting an energy provider
• Working full‑time as a face‑to‑face, B2B sales professional offering base pay and uncapped commission

• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• 10 paid holidays
• 2 weeks of paid time off

• Self‑starter who enjoys putting in a good day’s work
• Friendly & outgoing with a quick connection ability
• Motivated, ambitious, and relentless to get results
• Innovative and eager to propose new ideas
• Flexible with the ability to react and adjust accordingly
• Outside sales experience and energy knowledge preferred but not required
• Willing to drive from business to business; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Full‑time – 8 hours a day
• Monday to Friday with weekend work available
• Typical schedule:
  
  8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (flexible)
