This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting customer needs. They will conduct market research, provide tailored solutions, negotiate contracts, and analyze sales performance metrics. Collaboration with internal teams and communication with clients will play an essential role in ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and client service, with the ability to present tailored solutions to diverse customers.
- Analytical skills for market research, identifying trends, and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively with team members across various locations.
- Experience in the plastics, polymers, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
