Through their patented PBA technology, they enable hassle-free Rx claims experiences and provide intelligent tools that allow prescribers, patients, and dispensing pharmacies to access manufacturer-sponsored patient services effortlessly.
Our client is hiring their first Sales Development Representative to help shape the outbound sales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with real traction and a fully-formed technical team while playing a foundational role in their go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do- Identify and engage prospective pharmaceutical clients through outbound outreach (email, phone, Linked In, etc.)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and targeting strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
- Learn and articulate our client's value proposition to generate interest and build trust with prospects
- Experience in a sales development, business development, or lead generation role-ideally in healthcare, pharma, or enterprise SaaS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and convey value
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and iterate on outreach processes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
