Rising is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our fun and customer focused Account Management team!

In this role you will be the primary business liaison between Rising Medical Solutions and its valued customers through developing strong, collaborative relationships with our clients. You will help set and manage customer expectations of service delivery for all Rising products and services. We are looking for someone who likes to engage with people and can foster relationships that will result in a long term partnership through anticipating and understanding customer requirements and creating solutions.

The role is diverse, challenging, and consultative as you balance client needs with Rising Medical Solutions' objectives to achieve a win-win business relationship. You will be part of a team that works together, enjoys making work fun, and delivers results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 Years of Account Management experience
  • Prior experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
  • Other preferred experience:
    • working for a technology oriented company
    • B2B
    • servicing Fortune 500 customers
    • DME, Ancillary, Provider Network Development
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to read & interpret software contracts; understand statements of work (SOWs)
  • Strong analytical, customer assessment, and presentation skills required
  • Ability to prepare effective proposals and presentations
  • Creative, resourceful, highly motivated, strong relationship builder
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organization, work prioritization, and time management skills
  • Professionalism as demonstrated through excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with executive level leadership
  • Results Oriented - driver of projects, gets things done, "can-do" attitude
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project
  • Willingness to travel 40+% domestically
