You will play a key role in expanding our cloud footprint and bringing your expertise to a highly collaborative team. In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Cloud Services, and Legal to maintain accurate renewal forecasts for our iManage Cloud and Share subscriptions.

iM Responsible For…
  • Cloud Renewals:
    • Owning, driving and managing the quarterly renewals process in collaboration with the account team to meet or exceed goals on‑time.
    • Developing and executing win/win negotiation strategies for contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship.
    • Analyzing customer subscription history to accurately build customer quotations.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Presenting, pricing, servicing and selling company cloud services to assigned customers and providing focused insight for clients on the best possible cloud solutions for their firm.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Continuously managing the renewal pipeline and collaborating with the team in weekly/monthly meetings to discuss renewal forecasts, top renewals, and at‑risk accounts.
    • Reviewing and interpreting contract conditions by working with our finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate.
  • Cross‑functional

    Collaboration:

    • Working with Customer Success, Support, Cloud Services, Professional Services, Sales and the leadership team to resolve customer issues and help develop resolution strategies to finalize cloud renewals and improve the cloud renewals processes.
  • Reporting & Ownership of Confidential Data:
    • Accurately tracking all renewal‑related activity and information within internal systems and supporting the finance team with monthly billing processes.
    • Continuously monitoring, validating, and updating any customer in consistences across the various software applications.
    • Assisting with the contract creation as well as archiving and maintaining all contractual information in the database.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, renewals, or a similar, client‑facing function.
  • Proven client‑facing experience and confidence engaging with customers via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—including C‑suite leaders.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment while maintaining strong organization, initiative, motivation, and follow‑through.
  • A proactive, can‑do approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
