Position Overview:We are seeking an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to manage accounts, provide excellent face-to-face customer service, and support sales operations. This role combines in-person sales with account management, requiring travel within Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana. Occasional travel for industry events or conferences (1–3 times per year) is also expected.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person visits.
- Manage accounts and provide sales support to meet customer needs.
- Conduct sales reporting and assist with sales service tasks.
- Provide product expertise and problem-solving solutions to customers.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and job site visits as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to drive long distances within the territory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent social and problem-solving skills.
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and organized.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- $60,000 base salary plus commission program.
