Chicago, IL | Base + Uncapped Commission

What This Role Is

You will:

  • Prospect and cold call companies that move freight
  • Build relationships with shippers and transportation companies from the ground up
  • Negotiate rates and protect margin
  • Partner internally to execute freight successfully
  • Track revenue and grow your book month over month

This is true business development — not account maintenance.

It’s competitive.

Resilience is required.

Margins are earned.

Not every variable will be in your control.

No Industry Experience Required

You don’t need a background in transportation or logistics to succeed here.
