Position OverviewWe're hiring entry-level Logistics Sales Representatives with little to no prior freight experience. What we care about more than your resume is your drive, your coachability, and your hunger to build something real.

What You'll Do- Learn the freight brokerage business from the ground up with hands-on training
- Prospect and reach out to small and mid-sized businesses to build your client base
- Develop your knowledge of shipping modes — truckload, LTL, sprinter vans, box trucks, and more
- Price and quote freight shipments with speed and confidence
- Build lasting relationships with clients that generate recurring revenue
- Collaborate with your team and grow alongside some of the best in the business
