Job Description
As a Cloud Field Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding our customer base. Your role will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs effectively. You will work fully remote for this position.
Responsibilities- Full ownership of all cloud business opportunities.
- Management of cloud-only VARs and dealers.
- Deliver on cloud financial objectives in conjunction with your local Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s) for shared partners.
- Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success.
- Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and judgment.
- Hold yourself accountable (weekly activity reports/) for effective execution of key deliverables, metrics, and activities.
- Participate in clear communication with teammates locally.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition.
- Enable connections with proper internal resources to provide customers with value and ease of doing business.
- Add value to customers through growth and support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows and product road shows.
- Execute internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe.
- Provide productive strategic and market feedback to the business.
- 3+ years of Security Cloud-Based Solutions sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Developed and proven sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, influencing and selling.
- Proactive, high-energy, strong customer focus and responsiveness, adaptable.
- Experience running product demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a field sales role with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
