The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This is an opportunity to join the exciting and dynamic Linked In Sales Solutions global accounts program selling Sales Navigator. The role is for a Global Client Director, responsible for renewing and growing the Sales Navigator footprint within a select number of vital named accounts. It is a senior IC sales role responsible for owning global new business and expansion quota across Fortune 200 multinationals.

Responsibilities
  • Build high‑quality account plans and set global strategy for your accounts working with global partners in Europe, APAC and Lat Am.
  • Collaborate with others by building relationships across the global team to meet business growth objectives.
  • Build and manage executive‑level relationships across customers in multiple geographies.
  • Develop a fast understanding of customers’ objectives, challenges, success metrics, and determine how Linked In can support them.
  • Help build the Global Accounts program for Sales Solutions.
  • Drive additional sustainable revenue from customers.
  • Listen to market needs and educate the product and marketing teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 8+ years of sales experience.
  • 6+ years of enterprise‑level sales experience.
  • Experience in global sales.
  • Experience in relationship management at VP and C level.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Track record of delivering large ($1m+) complex deals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a shaping environment and handling ambiguity.
  • Experience with matrix management or leading cross‑functional partners.
  • Experience generating new business across geographies.
  • Background in SaaS, technology sales, or consultancy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Ability to use competitive selling to position products against direct and indirect competitors.
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision‑making and persuade others.
  • Past or present Sales Navigator user.

Linked In is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $236,000 - $360,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications and work location.
