About the Role

As Director of Sales, you will own growth within your designated territory by cultivating strong relationships with employers and benefits advisors and positioning Kerix Health’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) model as a cornerstone of modern employee benefits. You’ll lead efforts to build a predictable, scalable pipeline that supports our aggressive revenue targets. As the regional DPC subject matter expert, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our innovative care model, which delivers seamless access to virtual and in-person primary care while integrating wellness, prevention, chronic care management, behavioral health, pediatric care, and acute care services.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring Kerix Health’s value proposition to the employer market and accelerate our mission to transform healthcare.

What you’ll work on:
  • Represent Kerix Health and engage with clients in your territory
  • Serve as the Direct Primary Care (DPC) Subject Matter Expert
  • Nurture relationships in your market with companies and other key players, including advisors, consultants, and brokers; build an on-the-ground presence through face-to-face interactions
  • Understand the importance of a robust sales process and track the factors that will lead to scalable success
  • Build a territory and define metrics and milestones that align with broader organizational goals
  • Forecast deal flow, architect, and negotiate creative deals and partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal, and others to ensure client success and performance
  • Collaborate with fellow Sales Director and corporate leadership to meet or exceed quotas and drive annual growth
  • Leverage relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of Kerix Health’s services
  • Cultivate relationships with benefits consultants who manage clients' health plans, ensuring our services are part of their portfolio
  • Create and manage a sales process, tracking leads from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless follow-up and conversion of leads to closed business
  • Partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral and messaging to effectively present Kerix Health’s value proposition
Field activity includes:
  • Meeting with benefits consultants and employer prospects
  • Attending chamber of commerce events, industry lunches, and C-suite networking events
  • Setting up and hosting events with C-suite executives (HR, CEO, CFO) and health benefits consultants
  • Participating in local CHRO events and trade shows to showcase Kerix Health’s services
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, leveraging industry contacts and networks
What you’ll need:
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years selling to companies with more than 250 employees and a proven track record of working with employee benefit brokers and consultants
  • Working knowledge of Direct Primary Care (DPC) is strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of exposure to employee benefits sales, with an understanding of key levers, drivers, and players including benefit brokers and consultants
  • Experience managing the sales process from sourcing to closing, particularly in deals with a 6+ month sales cycle
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and external networks, leveraging relationships to prospect and close new business
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Passion for learning Kerix Health’s business model and the ability to thrive in a complex healthcare environment

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
