In this role, you’ll focus on lead generation, prospecting, and booking qualified meetings while using research‑led story ideas and campaign concepts developed by our internal teams to spark meaningful conversations with prospects. You’ll work closely with experienced sellers to support a strong pipeline, drive revenue growth, and open doors through compelling, story‑driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute targeted outreach via email, Linked In, and sequenced campaigns. Engage prospects with confident, clear, and compelling communication.
- Story‑Driven Outreach: Leverage research‑led story ideas from our internal teams—built for earned‑media pickup and engagement—to craft outreach that sparks meaningful conversations.
- Pipeline Building &
Qualification:
Conduct targeted research to identify the right contacts for story ideas, qualify outbound leads, and coordinate discovery meetings. - Collaboration & Team Contribution: Work closely with experienced sellers while developing your strategic selling skills — scheduling and joining discovery calls, supporting new deals, and helping ensure a smooth transition into long‑term client engagement.
- Organization & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy, organize contacts and follow‑ups, and support workflow improvements.

- Industry Expertise: 1-2 years of experience in new business sales or lead generation within the marketing and public relations industry (preferred).
- Adaptability & Initiative: Ambitious, driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, a results-oriented approach, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom Info). - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present in a strategic customer-centric and persuasive manner.
