**** About The Opportunity
**** Grubhub’s Corporate Accounts team empowers companies to master one of their most overlooked spend categories: food. We provide a centralized platform for everything from individual meals to large-scale catering, backed by reliable delivery and consolidated billing. As part of the Sales organization, the Onboarding team is responsible for driving rapid platform adoption and managing critical order triage for new Enterprise accounts.

As an Onboarding Associate, you will spend 15+ hours per week on phones/zooms with customers. You’ll be the engine behind the client’s first 30 days, ensuring a seamless transition from a signed contract to a fully active account. You will manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, focusing on reducing time-to-first-order, monitoring real-time activation metrics to prevent ‘failed starts’, and identifying expansion opportunities during the initial launch.

Reporting to the Onboarding Team Lead, you will act as a critical link between Sales and Client Success, driving the speed and stickiness of new partnerships.
**** The Impact You Will Make
***** Rapid Implementation:
Execute the multi-phase onboarding lifecycle for a high potential segment of clients, ensuring they are trained and active within 7 days.
* Activation Monitoring:
Track user logins; deploy Optimization Outreach for any accounts falling below benchmark goals.
* Technical Setup:
Manage account configurations for clients, troubleshooting basic setup issues to ensure a seamless handoff to Client Success.
* Scaled Training:
Facilitate account setup, live stakeholder training, and self-guided resources, tailoring the approach based on account complexity.
* Failed Start Recovery:
Proactively manage at-risk launches, recycling unresponsive accounts back to the Sales team after 21 days of inactivity to maintain CRM hygiene.
**** What You Bring to the Table
***** 3+ years of experience in a B2B Sales, or Onboarding role with a focus on speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
* Passion for talking with customers to resolve their problems
* Passion to partner with Sales to optimize the client journey and lifetime revenue
* Ability to effectively work with internal and cross-functional teams
* Comfort navigating high stress situations and experiencing de-escalating client complaints
* Proven ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resolve challenges
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Requires technical competence and an aptitude for learning new systems
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Churnzero is a plus
