Position OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing sales, and managing relationships with new clients. You will focus on identifying prospects, conducting product demos, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and inbound leads. - Sales Presentations & Demos:
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value of Skillers Zone’s solutions and how they meet customer needs. - Customer Acquisition:
Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and secure long‑term business relationships with new clients. - Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and promoting long‑term loyalty. - Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance targets. - Sales Reporting:
Track sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular reports to management. - Market Research:
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to effectively position Skillers Zone’s solutions in the market. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post‑sale support. - Upselling & Cross‑Selling:
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services to existing clients. - Customer Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and development teams to help improve the solutions and address customer needs.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive, or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage prospects and close deals.
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively to generate leads and foster long‑term client partnerships.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales tracking tools.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
