Customer Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Sales Specialist located in Des Plaines, IL. The Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging directly with customers, conducting sales activities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and collaborating with the sales team.

• Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
• Commission:
  Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bonus:
  Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
• Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and market dynamics
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
