We’re looking for a Sales Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships, driving growth and getting things done. You will support the growth of several priority B2B revenue channels, including non-traditional wholesale, food service, bulk and ingredient sales, brand partnerships and B2B commerce. This role combines account ownership, new business development and cross-functional collaboration and works closely with sales and marketing leadership.
Specific initiatives and priorities will be shared in more detail during the interview process.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts across non-traditional retail and food service channels
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging customer segments
- Develop upsell opportunities and support product expansion within existing accounts
- Review performance at the account and channel level and make recommendations to drive growth
- Support bulk and ingredient sales opportunities with brands, manufacturers and co-packers
- Explore and develop strategic partnerships and brand collaborations that align with Luchi’s values and positioning
- Support the growth and optimization of Luchi’s B2B commerce initiatives
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across third-party sales platforms and marketplaces as needed
- Serve as a liaison between sales and marketing for B2B initiatives, including launches, campaigns and sales materials
- Contribute to sales strategy, planning and special projects as the business evolves
- Provide flexible support across sales and marketing functions as needed
- 4–7 years of experience in CPG sales and account management
- Experience managing retail, food service or eCommerce accounts in the natural or specialty space
- Skilled in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable working with data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities in a lean, fast-moving team
