100% Commission | Uncapped | Brands, Agencies, Enterprise. Own new logo growth for Digital Factory. This is a hunter role for a proven B2B seller who can run the full cycle—prospecting → close—and win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Source and close new enterprise, brand, and agency partnerships
  • Own discovery, solution positioning, pitching, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Engage senior decision-makers across Marketing, Talent, DEI, Media, and Procurement
  • Partner with leadership/internal teams for clean handoffs and successful launches

  • Strong deal velocity and conversion
  • Smooth onboarding transition for new clients

Requirements
  • 5+ years B2B sales / BD / partnerships
  • Track record closing mid-market to enterprise deals
  • Experience in SaaS, platforms, analytics, media, or digital services (preferred)
  • Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Compensation
  • 100% commission, uncapped (new deals + renewals)
  • Optional commission + draw may be available based on experience
Work Setup
  • Remote / flexible
  • 1099 or employee (TBD)
  • U.S.

    -based preferred
