Ideal candidate would live in Chicago, IL. States covered include Illinois, Kansas and Missouri.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Work directly with Distributors Brand Managers / Senior Managers / Ownership
- Work directly with Wholesale Brand Managers / Senior Managers
- Work directly with Retail Buyers / Category Managers / Ownership
- Build Revenue / Volume / KPI’s Plans
- Ability to present out in front of sales teams
- Ability to manage a Field Sales Team
- Proven work experience as a manager in the beverage industry.
- 10+ years of solid experience in sales, alcohol sales experience a plus.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills ( Excel and PowerPoint required)
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to lead and motivate sales teams at the distributor
- Availability to travel, as needed with overnight stays
- Must have clean drivers license.
- BS Degree preferred
