Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Representative to join the PSW Group team. The Sales Account Representative will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the metal manufacturing industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
CORERESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by maintaining and developing the existing customers relationship
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s new customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status and expand new products markets
- Finish other tasks assigned by the upper management
- BS/MS degree in business administration or automotive or aluminum related field experience is preferred
- 7+ years of Outside Sales experience, with 5+ years as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position within the non-ferrous metal industry preferred
- Sales experience in light weight raw materials is required
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience is required in developing new customers as well as maintaining existing customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Basic logistic knowledge will be a plus
- ERP system or sales force experience will be a plus
TRAVEL
- Domestic traveling ~30%
