We are dedicated to delivering differentiated active investment strategies to the market. We’re looking for outstanding investment sales professionals to join our expanding internal wholesaling team.

Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Specialist partners internally to deliver analytics-driven prospecting, sales support, and fund positioning across all Intermediary Distribution channels. The candidate will be responsible for making data-driven recommendations on sales strategy, including advisor targeting, product focus, and positioning rationale, across all geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Analytics: Advanced proficiency in Morningstar Direct. Knowledge of Factset and Bloomberg a plus. Conduct peer and benchmark comparisons; deliver industry, and vehicle, level analytics to management for strategic planning; support marketing with performance, portfolio, and competitive data requests.
  • Lead Generation & Distribution: Identify, curate, and distribute actionable sales leads to wholesalers based on priority firms and products, utilizing data-driven platforms including Broker Dealer Data Packs, Dakota, Discovery Database, Market Analytics, Envestnet and Broadridge.
  • Product Positioning Leadership: Serve as the product positioning lead, equipping sales teams with concise key takeaways and actionable competitive advantage ideas across all distribution channels.
  • Sales Technology & Intelligence: Collaborate with Sales Technology to expand intelligence capabilities, streamline and automate processes, and evaluate current/new sales enablement technologies through structured due diligence.
  • Advisor Targeting & Segmentation: Partner closely with management to enhance advisor targeting and segmentation, driving more efficient field sales execution and strategic account development.
  • Marketing

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Marketing and Salesforce/Pardot to support multi-channel campaigns, including email, media, and social media initiatives.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for making data-driven recommendations on sales strategy, including advisor targeting, product focus, and positioning rationale, across all geographic territories. Travel will vary and include industry conferences, wholesaler meetings, and firm-sponsored events.

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management
  • FINRA licenses preferred:
    Series 7 and 63
  • Strong understanding of the investment landscape
    , including financial markets, investment products, attribution analysis, and product positioning
  • Sales background preferred, particularly Internal Wholesaler experience
  • Deep knowledge of the competitive marketplace across fundamental asset classes and alternative investments
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
  • Ability to translate sales concepts and data into actionable leads
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, concise messaging
