Insurance Producer

Overview

Cameron Insurance Agency LLC is a growing Farmers Insurance agency based in Chicago, and we’re hiring an Insurance Producer to support new business growth.

This role is focused on sales execution—working new leads, maintaining consistent outbound activity, and converting prospects through disciplined follow-up. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, thrives in a structured sales environment, and is motivated by clear goals and performance metrics.

• Secure new business through inbound and outbound calls
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new leads
• Execute prompt, consistent, and effective follow-up
• Maintain regular outreach via phone, text, and email
• Conduct coverage discovery and present insurance options
• Quote, present, and bind insurance policies
• Accurately document activity and outcomes in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Participate in sales training and coaching sessions

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, call center, or consultative sales a plus)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
• Strong follow-up discipline and time management skills
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Professional and reliable work ethic

• Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required
• We assist qualified candidates with obtaining their insurance license

• Base salary + uncapped commission
