About Leminal Diagnostics

Leminal Diagnostics is a Chicago-based supplier of diagnostic imaging systems and parts, working with hospitals, imaging centers, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), physician practices, and service organizations to buy and sell diagnostic imaging equipment. Our focus spans MRI, CT, PET/CT, mammography, mobile imaging solutions, and other modalities to support providers across the full equipment lifecycle from procurement, to maintenance, and disposition. We are building an entrepreneurial, execution-driven organization and are looking for sales leaders who want to help shape the business, build territories, and grow alongside the company.

The Role

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to build and own our Midwest commercial presence. This role is responsible for establishing Leminal Diagnostics in the region by developing new customer relationships and driving commercial growth across a largely greenfield territory. As the Midwest business scales, this position is expected to evolve into a regional leadership role, with responsibility for building and managing a Midwest sales team.

The initial focus will be on diagnostic imaging systems, while working closely with leadership as Leminal continues to expand its parts and service offerings. This role requires a high degree of initiative, persistence, and comfort navigating complex healthcare organizations to open doors, build trust, and create long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and develop a greenfield Midwest territory across hospitals, IDNs, imaging center networks, ASCs, and service organizations
  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new diagnostic imaging system and medical equipment opportunities
  • Leverage existing relationships while building new ones to create a durable, repeatable book of business
  • Spend significant time in the field meeting customers, attending site visits, and representing Leminal at industry events and trade shows
  • Build trust and credibility with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP of Sales on territory strategy, deal structuring, and market feedback
  • Help define and refine the Midwest go-to-market approach and, over time, participate in hiring and developing additional regional sales talent
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven ability to build territories, generate pipeline, and close complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
  • 3+ years of experience in medical equipment, imaging, or medical device sales preferred
  • Background in OEM capital equipment sales, aftermarket or refurbished systems, and / or medical device sales
  • Experience selling into hospitals, imaging centers, ASCs, IDNs, or related healthcare organizations
  • Existing Midwest healthcare relationships strongly preferred
  • Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build long-term trust and credibility
  • Comfortable operating autonomously while staying closely aligned with leadership
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Midwest and be on-site at HQ at least 2 days per week
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build and scale a growing business
