** About the Department**# The goal of the ETF Distribution group is to serve wealth managers in a variety of ways across an entire portfolio – helping to keep their clients invested no matter what the markets bring. Our ETF industry veterans have built an in-house platform with AUM totaling over $45 billion in the US featuring 80+ ETFs spanning all asset classes and management styles.#

** How You Will Add Value**#
* You will manage the Midwest territory to generate ETF sales through key wealth management relationships and partner with other distribution teams within Franklin Templeton to develop and generate business
* You will maintain a high level of ETF and industry knowledge, with the ability to deliver presentations to a broad array of audiences
* You will update activity in CRM and work with sales management on territory objectives#
** What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role**#
*** Experience, Education & Certifications
**** 10+ years’ industry experience in ETF Sales covering the Midwest region
* In-depth knowledge of ETFs and competing investments
* FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics internally and externally
* Knowledge of relevant tools helpful (e.g. Morningstar, Bloomberg)
* Must be self-motivated, organized, and have exceptional time management skills
* Must be comfortable with extensive travel ( 50%)
* Relevant BA/BS degree required

There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between $180,000-$200,000.#MID SENIOR LEVEL#LI-Remote#
