This role is for a Regional Sales Manager overseeing sales rep teams, territory planning, forecasting, account management, and performance coaching.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Reps to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs across assigned regions.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to grow customer base, increase order volume, and maximize account performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, ride‑alongs, and coaching sessions to drive individual development and team excellence.
- Own the forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory performance reporting for your region, ensuring accurate and timely insights for senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze sales activity, territory performance, and conversion rates to ensure accountability and progress toward targets.
- Serve as a point of escalation for high‑priority accounts and support strategic customer conversations, training, and retention initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and training opportunities across your team, contributing to the development and rollout of sales enablement materials.
- Champion a culture of integrity, results, and collaboration aligned with our mission and values.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 2+ years managing sales teams, ideally within the dermatology, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through team leadership.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM systems, KPI management, and pipeline development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on leadership style who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Base pay
: $130,000;
OTE
: up to $300,000 un‑capped;
Car allowance
: $750/month;
