An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading medical device company specialising in advanced aesthetic and beauty technology. Covering the Chicago Metropolitan region, this role focuses on driving growth across a premium portfolio of cutting-edge devices, including laser, cryotherapy, and microvibration technologies, alongside ongoing consumable sales.
This is a field-based role suited to a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in selling high-end beauty or medical aesthetic technology into salons, clinics, and medispas.
The Role- Develop and grow sales across the Chicago Metropolitan territory, targeting salons, aesthetic clinics, medispas, and medical practices
- Promote a broad portfolio of advanced aesthetic devices and recurring consumables
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations through to negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat and long-term revenue
- Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and growth targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM reporting
