UV Exteriors is expanding its elite Storm Restoration Division, and we’re looking for a small group of driven sales professionals ready to build serious income by helping homeowners across the Chicagoland area.

This is not another roofing job.

We are a systems-driven company with a proven platform, strong brand reputation, and a market flooded with insurance-funded, high-margin projects due to recent storm activity. We have the process, the support, and the opportunity—what we need are hunters who can close.

The Opportunity

We don’t sell small repairs.

We sell full roof replacements paid for by insurance.

This is not an inbound, office-based role. This is a proactive, field-based, direct-to-home (D2D) position built for self-starters.

Your Mission

You’ll identify storm-affected neighborhoods and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process as their trusted expert.

Your income is determined by your drive, not by how many leads you’re handed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively consult with homeowners in storm-impacted areas (D2D)
• Perform free, professional roof inspections
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Meet insurance adjusters on-site to ensure fair settlements
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from start to finish
