About The TeamThe Inside Sales, Partnerships team in North America is energetic and results‑motivated, bringing media services and ad tech products to the market each day. RoleThe Inside Sales department is the entry point of the sales cycle. Acting as intermediaries between prospects, clients and Upper Sales Management, Inside Sales is not only charged with generating new business, but also reviving accounts that have gone silent.
Key day‑to‑day responsibilities- Prospecting within assigned territories, verticals and media agencies.
- Responding to incoming prospect emails.
- Qualifying prospects to ensure the point of contact is a decision maker and the company can partner.
- Booking meetings for sales managers to meet qualified contacts.
- Attending meetings, taking detailed notes and capturing contact needs.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience or internships.
- Experience in lead‑generation and proficiency with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Overachiever: relentless, never quits, and succeeds in all tasks.
- Self‑motivated and able to execute prospecting, managing, and qualifying tasks immediately.
- Detail‑oriented with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Clear communicator, articulating thoughts orally, in writing and non‑verbally, with strong listening skills.
- Able to manage high‑volume tasks in an organized manner.
- Uncapped commission potential with long‑term earning possibilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,000 – $55,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
