Job Description:
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales objectives within assigned geographies in an ethical and compliant manner by engaging primarily Primary Care HCP offices and select PC targets, in-person and virtual.
- Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, indications, and product safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
- Manage budgets to achieve territory objectives and tailor discussions to customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Operate independently with sales proficiency to drive performance, meet forecasts, and manage budgets within the territory.
- Maintain understanding of local market dynamics, practice structures, and key influencers; share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to resource allocation decisions and identify programs/resources appropriate for each customer, practice, or system.
- Provide education to healthcare providers within ITCI’s ethical guidelines and develop local business plans with the District Manager to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and align on objectives.
- Maintain timely administrative tasks: work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, responses, sample and expense reporting.
- Meet or exceed NSR deliverables and build a compliant business plan based on customer needs and product resources.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; prior pharmaceutical, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred. Anti-psychotic and/or bipolar sales experience a plus.
- Strong desire to improve lives of patients and caregivers; patient-centric approach.
- High integrity and adherence to Company Compliance policies and procedures.
- Self-motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset; strong decision-making and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving environments and telemedicine/virtual settings; data analysis to assess progress and identify opportunities.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills; experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to work hours beyond normal schedule; some overnight and domestic travel to HQs, training, and meetings may be required.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary range for this position: $79,000 - $130,000
