Role Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our team and support live promotional events. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face, customer-facing environments, enjoy interacting with people, and are excited to develop their careers in sales, event execution, and brand representation. Sales will be a core part of this role — you’ll be engaging with people, sharing campaign stories, and driving participation or conversions during events.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and brand activations.
• Engage directly with event attendees to share information, answer questions, and convey the campaign's value.
• Drive customer interest and sales by clearly explaining products, promotions, or participation opportunities.
• Build authentic conversations that increase awareness for the brand and campaign goals.
• Help capture leads or sales directly at events.
• Work closely with the team to deliver professional, high-impact interactions that reflect Markato values.
