Account Executive – CTV Sales

Join Katz Digital
, a leading media representation firm with over 4,000 radio stations and 800 television stations. We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our CTV team in Chicago or Detroit and help grow the company’s video advertising portfolio.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of video advertising and the Katz CTV platform
  • Secure client meetings to advance partnership discussions
  • Strategically position the platform to enhance revenue generation
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various client segments
  • Leverage industry expertise and sales tools to research and prospect new accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and generate interest in Katz Digital’s platform
  • Engage in high‑level discovery conversations with senior agencies and client decision‑makers
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs with professionalism and excellence
  • Drive revenue across diverse verticals
  • Provide regular business forecasts
  • Achieve and surpass revenue targets set by your manager
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure a smooth post‑sales process
  • Work with internal cross‑functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution
What You’ll Need
  • 4‑year college degree
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising or traditional TV sales
  • In‑depth knowledge of the online advertising industry, particularly video advertising
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales skills, with a talent for consultative and solution‑oriented selling
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Proficient in ad campaign metrics and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a robust work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 plus commissions.
