The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist helps customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create engaging ways to serve customers, and transform business operations to boost profitability. The specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities using advanced solution-selling skills to drive enterprise-level digital transformation outcomes.

• Identify and pursue opportunities in the enterprise customer segment.
• Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
• Engage with both technical and business audiences to build trust and drive decisions.
• Collaborate to build Playbooks and pipelines; manage sales activities from prospecting to closure.

• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to technical and business audiences; credible and trust-building communication.
• Strong pricing, proposal, negotiation, and contractual skills.
• Creative, interpersonal, and communication abilities to simplify complex details.
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
• Experience building Playbooks and pipeline development.

• Contract W2 role for an experienced tech seller.
• Base salary (draw) W2;
  Commission from 1-3% on lifetime of managed services; bonus on managed services; additional cash bonus opportunities.
• Product selling training provided (Dynamics 365 – CRM, Dynamics 365 – Business Central, Microsoft 365, ISV Solutions).
• Neural Impact Sales Optimization Training (differentiation, engagement, discovery, CIO engagement, project impact, objection handling).
