Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Performance Marketing (US)

Base Salary: $130,000 OTE: $260,000 Location: Chicago (Hybrid – 2‑3 days onsite)

The Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead the full enterprise sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals with direct‑to‑brand advertisers.

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close
  • Sell directly to performance, growth, and digital leaders at enterprise brands
  • Manage deal sizes ranging from ~$50K to $250K+ ACV
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder buying processes (Marketing, Procurement, Legal)
  • Build and convert your own pipeline via outbound, events, and marketing leads
  • Run tailored demos and proposals aligned to paid media performance challenges
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline for forecasting and deal hygiene
  • Consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who We're Looking For
  • 4‑6 years’ experience in full‑cycle SaaS sales
  • Proven track record closing new business with enterprise or upper mid‑market brands
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, paid media, or analytics platforms
  • Comfortable operating in outbound‑heavy, greenfield environments
  • Confident selling to VP‑level marketing and performance stakeholders
  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and motivated by owning a number
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or performance‑focused SaaS
  • MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodology
  • Background in fast‑paced, scaling environments
