Job DescriptionAt Snap, the Strategic Account Executive will build, grow, and optimize strategic business relationships with large partners, exceeding expectations through communication, analytics/reporting, training, marketing, and market-focused strategic planning. The role focuses on technology partnerships and will leverage experience with third‑party technologies.
How you’ll make an impact- Leveraging existing infrastructure/process, design, grow, and optimize the Strategic Account Executive role and the Partner Strategy organization for the future.
- Optimize key relationships with large/strategic technology partners through communication strategy, executive business reviews, training, marketing, reporting, strategic planning, and more.
- Work closely with peers and cross‑functional teams to assist with reporting, analysis, strategic operations, enablement, new partner and merchant onboarding, market research, training initiatives, incentives, etc.
- Collaborate with sales, sales ops, marketing, training, and other stakeholders to maximize revenue and origination volume for strategic partners.
- Demonstrate athleticism, creativity, independence, and determination in tackling onboarding, analysis, and growth‑focused initiatives.
- Design, organize, and conduct executive business reviews to report progress, provide insights, and set goals.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- At least 5 years of experience managing, growing, and optimizing relationships with large partners, especially technology‑based partnerships.
- Ability to work amid ambiguity, take initiative independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical, consultative mind, skilled in Excel, Tableau (or similar), PowerPoint, etc.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on future and immediate opportunities for growth and improvement, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
- Unshakably positive, team‑focused, can‑do attitude that embraces challenges and finds constructive resolutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).
- Strong knowledge of consumer finance and multi‑lender platforms.
