We re Expanding Our Team - Seeking Experienced Leasing Consultants:
We are inviting individuals with 1-3 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience to join us as Leasing Consultants. The role includes more than leasing; you will be a key part of our community, ensuring residents have a place they re proud to call home.
Your New Role- Full Training Provided:
Comprehensive training on our platforms and on relevant laws and regulations to ensure success. - Leasing Excellence:
Lease apartments in accordance with high standards and applicable laws. - Engagement Expert:
Primary contact for inquiries, managing communications to offer the best customer experience. - Market Savvy:
Stay informed on market trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and enhance resident satisfaction with innovative ideas. - Community Builder:
Help organize and participate in events that strengthen community bonds.
- High school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, leasing, sales, or customer-centric roles.
- Strong communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- High ambition and high energy.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- A team player who can also operate independently.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Yardi.
- Onsite Position:
Requires presence on-site with a consistent schedule and two consecutive days off for work-life balance. - Weekend Availability:
Candidates must be open to working weekends.
