Our client, a leader in the insurance brokerage area, is seeking a learning consultant for a 6 to 9 month project.

Duties will include designing and developing an onboarding path for new wealth management hires. Also, the consultant will be helping rebuild a series of courses that are currently in video format into a more interactive eLearning format.

REMOTE is a possibility.

The consultant should have

• Strong background in providing consultative suggestions to clients.
• A background in curriculum development
• Insurance background highly preferred.
• A history of designing and developing courses in Storyline. This will need to be demonstrated for consideration.

Instructional Design skills are a must.

Strong background in designing online courses in Storyline and Rise.

Strong consulting skills in dealing with customers and clients.

A background in insurance brokerage or insurance is highly preferred.
